Join our Spartan Training Program, designed to prepare you for obstacle course racing and elevate your fitness with high-intensity, outdoor workouts. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a first-timer, this program will build your endurance, strength, and mental resilience.

What’s Included?

  • Expert Coaching – Learn techniques to master walls, carries, climbs, and endurance challenges.

  • Outdoor & Functional Training – Train like a Spartan with sandbags, sleds, hills, and bodyweight drills.

  • Progressive Programming – Designed to build you up over the weeks, ensuring you peak at race day.

  • Community & Teamwork – Train alongside like-minded individuals, push each other, and conquer the challenge together.

Program Details

Schedule: Saturdays at 10 AM
Duration: 5 Months
Location: Outdoor training at various locations
All Levels Welcome – We scale workouts so everyone can participate and progress.

  • Full Program: $225 (~20 sessions)

  • Monthly Plan: $50/month (2-month minimum)

  • Drop-In: $25 per session
